Junior Software Engineer(f/m/x)

Berlin based or fully-remote from Germany, Poland, Spain, or the UK

As a junior Engineer in our Frontend team, you will mainly be working with our internal and client-facing applications used to manage Remerge's bidding system. Your work spans both our web applications and the API backing them. We will also support you in your ambitions to work on our other systems, be it our high performance bidding infrastructure written in Go or dip your toes into some data engineering work alongside our Data Science team. You can expect to come in contact with an exciting range of technologies in our stack, such as React, Typescript, Ruby (on Rails), Go, Kafka, ElasticSearch, TensorFlow, AWS and many more. A team member will be assigned as your buddy to help you get onboarded.

Choose how you can work best, from home or in our brand new office. We encourage you to work remotely temporarily either on your own or using our STA program allowing you to work from one of our offices for a month - all expenses paid.
If you work fully remotely we pay you to come to Berlin once a quarter to meet up with your colleagues.

Our promise

  • Unlimited vacation days - for real. We give you the freedom to figure out the most productive work-life balance for you
